The hotel had a charming and elegant decor, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas throughout. It was a pleasure to relax and unwind in such a lovely environment. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available to help navigate the different areas. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive and helpful towards senior guests. A little more assistance and understanding would have made my vacation even better.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely little place called Sarracino Relais. The host, Alessandro, was very nice and so helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the private bathrooms were great. The location was perfect, close to the train station and all the sites we wanted to visit. I especially appreciated the easy walk from the train station with our suitcases. It was an excellent place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others. I had a wonderful experience at Sarracino Relais.

We were blown away by this place! Alessandro was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was huge, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We loved having a mini fridge and it was such a relief to have a cool and fresh room to come back to in the August heat. The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the historic center but away from the noisy crowds. It was so convenient being close to the train station and having plenty of great dining options nearby. The twin room was super clean and cozy, and even though the bathroom was separate, it was always clean and the shower was fantastic. Despite being in the city center, the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Alessandro, were beyond helpful and incredibly friendly. Alessandro sorted out a data roaming issue for us and made sure our check-in was smooth. Our room was always kept spotlessly clean and it was such a comfortable space to relax in after a long day of exploring. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a delight, with tasty food and a straightforward system. Alessandro was a great help throughout our stay and we appreciated the availability of tea, coffee, and snacks at reception. The location couldn't have been better, we didn't need to use public transport at all. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever experienced and having a kettle and fridge in the room was fantastic. Alessandro and Michele were always there to assist us and even helped us with our Italian. They even arranged a taxi for us when we left. Their recommendations for the best pizza places and restaurants were spot on. The espresso/cappuccino and croissant breakfast at the cafe was a great start to the day. we highly recommend this place!

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at this hotel. the area surrounding the property felt a bit intimidating, especially for a solo female traveler.

The hospitality of Alessandro and his parents was exceptional, making us feel warmly welcomed and taken care of. Even though we didn't meet Alessandro in person, he was always available via WhatsApp to provide recommendations and assistance 24/7. The location of the place was convenient, just a 20-minute walk away from all the main attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony. We also felt safe and secure as solo travelers.

The option of having a simply Italian breakfast at nearby Caffe Primavera was convenient. The mattress was super comfortable and there were tea, coffee, and snacks available at the reception.

Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy and convenient. the rooms are clean and modern, with private bathrooms and comfortable beds. the staff is extremely helpful and full of information about the area.

Finding the hotel initially may be a bit challenging, but the host is available to assist and guide guests.
